Order Processing & Delivery Time
Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Items in stock normally ship within 3-4 business days. We will contact you regarding any back-ordered items, items that are custom built/special order or any expected delays.
For fraud protection and credit card verification we temporarily pre-authorized your card only; we bill your credit card when your items have been shipped or picked up. Please verify your address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible processing and delivery.
Shipping Pricing
Shipping costs will be determined at time of shipment based on method of shipment selected to your location. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, quantity of boxes, value, method of shipment and your delivery location. For your protection, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Large and/or heavy orders may ship truck freight.
International Shipments
Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Yes. All orders shipped outside the United States are subject to import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your destination country's customs authority and are separate from your order total and any shipping costs paid at checkout.
We are unable to estimate these charges prior to shipment. If you are unsure what costs may apply, we recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing your order.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required duties and taxes, the package may be held, abandoned, or returned at the carrier's discretion. Return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from any applicable refund in accordance with our return policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
